combined experience of over 40 years in the government IT
consulting business, DND Technologies 8(a) CERTIFIED provides a wide range of
services including technology assistance, program
management expertise, project delivery, and consultancy.
David Hong is responsible for the company strategic growth and delivery to our customers. David Hong has more than 25 years of proven technical expertise in creating solutions for a variety of data management, software development and integration programs. Mr. Hong also specialized in large enterprise healthcare systems. He has more than 10 years of experience as a seasoned Project Manager and Technical manager overseeing large scale web-based IT projects by managing schedule, budget, resources, and timelines to assure all contract requirements are met. Prior to starting DND Technologies, David Hong works for TurningPoint Global Solutions and has more than 10 years of hand on technical leadership experience on multiple healthcare projects for HHS agencies, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Mr. Hong had also serves as technical consultants for Department of Defense(DOD), Federation Aviation Administration (FAA), The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute(NHLBI). Mr. Hong offers the technical aptitude and interpersonal skills necessary to manage large scale software development projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park

David Chan is responsible for the company infrastructure, technologies and services for our customers. David Chan has over 23 years of IT services experience in Health care and other public sectors, he is the subject matter expert in various Federal government technology services engagements, customers includes: NRC, HHS, CMS and others. Prior to working with the Federal Government, David Chan was also the leader of a key web development effort, the sexual offender search web site for the State of Maryland, Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS). The website is a proven valuable tool for community safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Mindy has more than 20 years professional experience as a
Controller and Finance providing strong leadership and sound
executive management to the business. Mindy has Master
